
Mr. Sanjay Nuli is the Founder and Managing Partner of Nuli&Nuli, Advocates & Legal Consultants. He pursued B.A.L.-LL.B. and LL.M. in Environmental Law from University Law College, Bangalore. He is also a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Labour Studies and holds Post Graduation Diplomas in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (P.G.D.I.R.P.M.), and Intellectual Property Rights (P.G.I.P.R.). He is committed to legal profession for last 18 years and a diverse educational background has given him a broader perspective to adopt to newer trends and changes in the legal profession.
During the course of his Masters, Mr. Nuli had an opportunity of being associated with Atlas Legal (a U.S based law firm) as a Legal and Research Consultant where he gained insight into U.S. Law System. Thereafter, he was associated with the Law Chambers of Advocate Subba Reddy wherein he practiced at the High Court of Karnataka and various other Trial Courts at Bangalore. His formative years of practice at the Supreme Court of India have been under the guidance of the Mr. Gopal Subramanium, Senior Counsel (Former Solicitor General of India) wherein he gained immense exposure of practice and procedure at the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and other Apex Commissions and Tribunals at Delhi.
Mr. Nuli has been practicing before the Supreme Court of India since January 2006 and has represented several Government Bodies, Corporates, Politicians and Celebrities before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), and other Apex Commissions. Mr. Nuli firmly believes that justice should be accessible to all regardless of their financial or social status and is committed ensuring quality representation to marginalized section of society.He regularly takes up pro-bono work and has contested numerous Public Interest Litigations. He has also been appointed as an Amicus Curiae in various matters by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
